Our Services
Trust the Experience
We are highly trained and stay continuously exposed to state-of-the-art techniques and leading and evolving industry trends.
We are Professional and Expert in what we do. Below are our services.
Architecture
With experience in custom residential, commercial and public building types, EAA offers a balanced design approach that respects project economics, functional use of space, and flexibility for future needs.
EAA provides three major services: Architecture and master Planning, Urban Design and Construction administration Services, and Furniture and Interior Decoration. With a team of that has attained academic excellence and achieved professional expertise, our national project experience encompasses a broad spectrum of architectural and planning activities, including residential, commercial, retail, institutional, industrial, preservation and public infrastructure assignments. Each project is analyzed and designed within its specific local context to ensure that the solution sought is supported and strengthened by its context.
Our consistent approach to architecture, planning and design begins with a clear understanding of our clients’ directives. We are committed to achieving the highest standards of design with successful completion of each project undertaken, fully satisfying and maintaining clients’ expectations.
EAA practices architecture, planning and design following the principles of function, beauty, economy and consequences. As the functional requirements of a project determine its usefulness and the beauty of a project is perceived as a notion of appropriateness, economy is generated through the acceptance of function and beauty within a problem and its solution. The consequences of a project are reflected in the level of accomplishment attained toward achieving personal satisfaction and project success.

Environmental Consulting
The Environmental Investigation Section of the firm is on top of delivering services that are geared toward environmental sustainability – an indication of a result-oriented concern well suited to environmental resource and management services
Environmental Impact Assessment Studies (EIS), including Environmental Site Assessments and Environmental Risk Management.
Feasibility Studies, Surveys, Land Development and Environmental Studies
EAA provides a valuable insight into how to conserve the environment by utilising our expertise and management skills in tackling various prevailing global and local environmental and developmental challenges in the ecosystem and managing them.
Environmental and Health Management services include, but not limited to inspecting businesses foe health and safety, food hygiene and food standards; following up complaints and investigating outbreaks of food stuffs contamination and proffering mitigating approaches; collecting samples for laboratory testing; enforcing environmental health laws; investigating accidents and disasters at the work place; advising public and private employers on all levels of environmental health matters; delivering educational discourses; and giving evidence during litigation.
EAA has staff with the necessary expertise on diverse areas of health and safety procedures.
Geo-engineering and Water resources Consulting
Geo-Environmental and Geo-Engineering Services offer environmental, geologic, and remediation services to cover every aspect of a project from initial problem definition to final site closure in full compliance with local, state, federal, and country regulations. EAA is committed to the development of environmentally safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of environmental problems. EAA has the required expertise to provide both large corporations and government agencies with solutions in regard to groundwater investigation by providing a valuable insight into surface and groundwater system.
A safe and effective use of the sub-surface environment is a major concern, hence, the need for improved ability to find and sustain water resources, to detect and remediate contamination, to better manage agricultural lands and ecosystems, to estimate fluxes from the near surface and their contribution to climate change.
We are able to provide a total and integrated (geophysical) approach to investigating the sub-surface in regard to geo-hydrogeology and geo-engineering, thereby making water available for consumption without endangering resource pattern and path.
We provide solutions to delineating aquifer geometry; determining distribution of hydraulic properties within aquifer; estimating vulnerability of aquifer to contaminants from surface sources; and obtaining information on water quality and geochemical conditions in relation to lithology of aquifer, groundwater development for domestic & industrial purposes along with water treatment plants; and groundwater monitoring and risk assessment.

Geotechnical Soil Investigations (for building and engineering structures)
Reinforced concrete and steel cased bored/driven piles
Some Onshore sites and generally many Coastal areas are very unstable due to non-uniformity of bearing capacity distribution. Hence, the need for a detailed soil sampling investigation before commencement of construction. In putting up structures/construction projects, whether onshore or marine, pertinence should be given to the prevailing environmental situations/conditions of the site, a key determinant to the survival of the structures.
Geotechnical investigation will aid in determining parameters that are crucial to the survival of emplaced structures. Investigation of parameters like stability of the area, bearing capacity of the soil, pore pressure, etc, will give insight into how expansive and compressible the soils are. And the allowable bearing capacity will be determined. If relevant factors are considered and adequate investigation appropriately followed, the feasibility of putting up lasting structures is guaranteed.
By deploying investigation methods that have both high accuracy and resolution across a variety of scales, EAA, by the values of our services, resolutely strives to improve sub-surface characterization and monitoring. Well intended soil sample analysis, well and borehole surveying and drillings are some of the conventional sampling techniques that are employed for characterizing the sub-surface strata for construction purposes.
